Shipping destinations and charges

Pawlyfr currently ships to eligible addresses in the United States. Available shipping methods and the final shipping charge are shown at checkout for your complete address. Free standard shipping applies where offered at checkout.

Processing and delivery

Orders require processing before dispatch. A supplier processing-time estimate has not yet been confirmed. Please contact us for current timing before ordering.

Transit estimates, when provided, begin after dispatch and do not include order processing. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, customs, weather, or other events outside our control.

Tracking

When your order ships, we will email a shipping confirmation with tracking details if available. Tracking updates may take time to appear.

Address accuracy

Please check your full shipping address before completing checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if a correction is needed.

Changes, cancellations, and delivery problems

For changes or cancellations, contact us as soon as possible before your order ships. Once an order is in transit, we cannot modify its delivery details. See our Return & Refund Policy for the current cancellation and refund conditions.

If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed, contact us with your order number so we can investigate and help with the next steps. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable law.

International fulfillment

International shipments may be subject to customs processing, import taxes, or duties. Any applicable charges collected at checkout will be displayed before purchase.
